So what did you fail at lately?  We have all done it.  This year our failure was putting the sails back on the boat.  We began by putting the Genoa sheets on the Tack and the clew to the roller furling.  We did an excellent job at using seizing wire on all fittings before we discover our mistake.   45 min later we reversed and had the tack in the correct postion and the clew tied to the sheets,  You could say we didnt have a Clew what we were doing.  Oh this is the fith year of putting the sails on the boat.

We moved on to the main sail and installed the outhaul twisted.   After carefully installing the sails with the battons on the boom.  This required total remove of the sails to un-twist the out haul guide.   What should have taken an hour tool almost 3 hours
