On the weeklong trip we had such a good time but I noticed it is the same people that do this trip over and over again.  How can we get others involved.  One idea is we have a once a month Happy Hour to discuss the trips that are comming up this month.  Let the new people meet the cruise leaders.  Maybe one of the older members can take them under and mentor them?   How about we invite a new member to go out and day sail one evening with a older memeber.  We have new members that if we do not get them involved will only be a member for a single season.
