To begin the cruise, folks can park in the FREE parking lot across from Attaboy Brewery (400 Sagner Ave, Ste 400, Frederick, MD). The parking lot belongs to a government building that isn’t used on Saturdays. The cruise was originally going to start at Smoketown Brewery for Happy Hour however this brewery has closed. Therefore, the Happy Hour will be at Idiom Brewing Company (https://www.idiombrewing.com) which is the first brewery on the Starboard side of the creek. After parking, walk to the corner of Sagner and Wisner, turn right and walk up the stairs to the footbridge which crosses the creek. Turn left after crossing the creek, and Idiom Brewery is in the brick building along the creek -there are outside seating areas to give you a landmark but we will meet inside in the heat!

After Happy Hour, we will walk along Carroll Creek to view the boats and possibly a short walk in Frederick depending on timing. Our dinner reservations are for 6:00 at Shucking Shack which is directly across from Carroll Creek. After dinner, the group will reverse the walk along the creek to view the boat parade with lights!
