Annapolis Airshow – May 20-22

Sail to Annapolis and get a front row seat to see the Blue Angles participate in the U.S. Naval Academy Graduation Air Show. Bruce and Norma Stumpp are hosting this mid-week cruise. The Blue Angels return to Annapolis on May 20 & 21. The Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornets fly as fast as 700 mph and as slow as 120 mph during the demonstration. They can reach altitudes as high as 15,000 feet or as low as 50 feet. At times, the jets are only 18 inches apart. The Blue Angels arrive on Tuesday, May 20 for practice. They will circle the city from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The full flight demonstration is Wednesday, May 21 at 2 p.m. over the Severn River.
